Rates and availability vary throughout the year based on season, holidays, length of stay, and demand. Winter and early spring are especially popular, so we recommend booking well in advance if you’re planning to visit during peak travel periods.

One of the unique benefits of this property is its waterfront canal location.
A boat slip may be available with advance notice, so guests planning to bring or rent a boat should contact us before their arrival.
Please don’t assume boat accommodations are available without confirmation. Letting us know about your boating plans ahead of time allows us to make sure the appropriate arrangements can be made.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
Your arrival information and any additional instructions will be provided as part of the reservation process.
We recommend keeping your arrival information easily accessible while traveling so you have everything you need when you reach the island.

Once you’ve arrived, settle in and make the property your own island home.
Unpack. Put something cold in the refrigerator. Step outside and look at the water.
Then decide what happens next.
Maybe everyone heads straight for the pool. Maybe you grab the bikes and explore. Maybe it’s time to launch the kayak. Or perhaps the first order of business is simply finding a chair outside and doing absolutely nothing.

Checkout is before 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure day.
